Michael A. Vicario, Esq.

Mike is a seasoned trial attorney and partner at Krukas & Vicario, bringing extensive experience to his practice in personal injury and lemon law cases. Mike started his career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted high-profile felony cases, sharpening his advocacy skills before moving to private practice. Mike then worked in-house for an insurance company as a trial attorney and then for one of New York’s largest insurance defense firms. In his career, Mike has tried cases in and around New York City and Long Island, with exceptional results for his clients. Mike has also been a lecturer for the New York State Bar Association’s Auto and Truck Accidents seminars and was an Adjunct professor for St. John’s School of Law coaching trial advocacy teams for more than a decade.

Mike currently litigates complex matters, including auto accidents, premises liability, and defective vehicle claims, advocating fiercely for consumers against manufacturers. His extensive trial experience allows him to anticipate and counter opposing tactics, ensuring robust representation for his clients.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife Rachel and their children- Johnny, Mikey, and Mira.
